Steven Sherman, MD.

Steven Sherman, MD.

Steven M. Sherman, M.D. is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University and completed a Master's degree at New York Medical College. Dr. Sherman did his residency in Internal Medicine at Westchester Medical Center. Upon completing his residency, he was hired as an attending physician in a 750+ bed skilled nursing facility. Subsequently, he joined Aspen Medical Associates, a multi-specialty private practice in Teaneck, NJ. During his 22-year tenure, he advanced to become a Senior Partner in the practice, which grew to over a dozen physicians serving thousands of patients. In 2017, Dr. Sherman relocated to Florida and worked in a wellness center in Boynton Beach. Later, in 2020, he moved his practice north to the Wellington area, joining the staff at Wellington Regional Medical Center as a hospitalist.

Herbert Daniel Danowit, MD.

Herbert Daniel Danowit, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with advanced expertise in Hospital Medicine and Natural Integrative Medicine. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Minnesota–Minneapolis in 1986, he completed a rigorous Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Utah Hospital/Health from 1986 to 1989.

Throughout his career, Dr. Danowit has remained committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care while integrating natural and holistic strategies that support the body’s innate ability to heal. His clinical philosophy emphasizes personalized treatment, prevention, and whole-person wellness. He is recognized for his thoughtful, collaborative approach to patient care and his dedication to bridging traditional medicine with integrative practices.

Donna Hunter-Smith, DNP, APRN-BC, PMHNP-C.

Donna Hunter-Smith, DNP, APRN-BC, PMHNP-C. is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared nurse practitioner with dual board certification in Family Nurse Practice and Psychiatric–Mental Health. Her clinical expertise includes the management of acute and chronic medical conditions, psychiatric disorders, and co-occurring medical and behavioral health conditions. Dr. Hunter Smith’s professional interests include evidence-based practice implementation, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advancing integrated care models to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
